Friendly Valley

Friendly Valley is a gate-guarded community of approximately 1300 single level homes located in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley about 10 miles from Magic Mountain located just north of Los Angeles, California.

Included within the community are two golf courses - an 18 hole pitch and putt and a nine hole executive course. Both of the courses are well maintained, landscaped and included in the HOA monthly fees.

Also included in the monthly fees of the community are: Cable TV, swimming pool (heated all year round), Jacuzzi spa (also heated all year round), shuttle services, exercise room, arts and crafts, travel clubs and social clubs . . . Your days can be as full as you wish.

Some of the amenities included with your home purchase are: all outside maintenance, (painting, gardening, watering, roofs and insurance). It is a gate guarded community and the gates are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The safety of the residents is of extreme importance.

Square footages range from 666 up to 1900. Children and grand-children visitations are encouraged and are very liberal.
